We are very happy to announce that the FIRST official PMBA Volunteer Trail Maintenance Day in The Wissahickon Valley Park on June 23 was a huge success. Over 30 volunteers showed up and helped to re-route a trail that was unsustainable and eroding. Some creative minds  got together and plodded a cool, sustainable path for the new trail section. Lots of rock and other local materials were moved around to form this new trail. The old trail was completely covered and planted with new organic materials.
