Lunchtime rides at Fairmont Park?

One of my favorite things about DC was the spirited lunchtime training rides at Hain's Point. Since I moved to Philly, I haven't found or heard of anything similar.
However, I've scouted out a decent lunchtime ride on my own:

It's a 5.5 mile loop, with two good hills and moderate traffic. About three times around, plus the ride over is all I can fit in on my lunch. Easy riding distance from Penn/Drexel, Temple or Center City.
Yeah, it's a road ride, but it's better than nothing, especially on those weekdays you can't get out otherwise.
Let me know if you're interested, we can set up a meeting time and place.
