I have to get home by the time my wife gets off work because I haven't seen her in a week but I want to ride desperately.  Let's just combine with the 5:30 ride if you can make it.  I'm post-call tomorrow so hopefully I don't oversleep and miss the ride but I'll try to be there.  Jesse, BTW, I met your neighbor Joe the other night here at the hospital.

coolio. Yeah Joe wants to buy a bike after Clinic 2. His budget is $500, but I know he'd like something he can hit some logs with as he bent my chainring first time out.

Any ideas on a budget bike? He's a bit over 6' and 190 lbs. Budget probably means FS is out though. Might be able to talk him into something more...

Jesse, found this listing on Craigslist that is in your friend's frame size. $200 dollars more, but has all the bells and whistles to keep him riding for some time:

Dual Suspension Jamis Dakar XC Comp - $700 (downingtown)

Lev, unfortunately, yes.  I work at Temple and just found out that Jesse's neighbor is a fellow resident.  I think Jesse actually has told me about him but until the other night I hadn't bumped into him yet.  Joe sounds like he is really interested into getting a bike.  I actually bumped into him again today.  Anyway, I just got off from a 30hr shift so I may meet up with you guys tonight but, then again, maybe not.  Kona's make some good hardtails in the $500-$1000 range.

I'm going to ride from the Pavilion tonight - will be there around 7:15.  Haven't heard from Dustin (Durb).

I  like Kona's new bike finder; it helps you sort through the options especially if you're a newbie.
