Anyone else ever ride there before? I did and search for it and found nothing on here. It was pretty good trails that with noticiable mountain bike tracks. Real rocky terrain that follows the creek. I was riding there yesterday with "Fattire"

I've riden there a few times. Like you said, a nice rooty and rocky loop with a couple of scary little rock chutes as you get down closer to the creek. You could try searching for "Ralph Stover" - I think that is another name for the park.

Yeah at first I went down this trail that zig zagged down to the cabin near the creek and then went back up to the top and headed to the right instead of the left and followed that trail for a while.

Going to check out Valley Forge today.

I've ridden there a few times with Stick, who is an infrequent poster here. We usually start out in the car park and head right. It takes about 5 minutes before you hit the singletrack, and from there it's very up and down over lots of roots and slabs of rock.

I think I know the cabin you are referring to - we usually pass that towards the end of the ride. How long were you riding for? The loop that I have done takes between 1-1.5 hours depending on the pace and stopping.

There is some nice stuff in Valley Forge, but be discrete. I think it is still a no mountain biking zone. Check some of the threads on MTBR.

I was riding at Tohickon for about an hour. It started to rain as I was taking the right trail and my rear tire kept slipping on rocks and roots so I turned back. I followed some guys I know along the Vally Forge trails. They seemed to be mountain bike trails with the log overs and tire tracks at the creek crossings.
