yo guys, he's my mate and he asked me to show him around the wiss. bummer he did it without me otherwise I would have dropped the PMBA bomb for sure.
I thought it was rather clever.

thumbs up for kurt.

Any chance we can get him to do a follow up story electric? We can show him some of our work. We would treat him to some tasty beverages also...

Aw, they edited-out the part at the end where he eats shit, so it just looks like he's doing a wheelie, bummer.  Smiley

funny you should ask cause I was thinking the same thing. he does adventure sports and stuff alike and I told him that you guys like jamming at the bowl and that he should get footage of you guys hitting some jumps as well as general low key riding around the park.

I will talk to him and see if might do it from a PMBA angle and that way maybe create more awareness of the club and what the club represents. cant promise anything but I will ask him. I may be out riding with him on sunday.

he definitely ate that at the end! cool exposure for the park though.

EM- if he does another vid he should def mention PMBA but also compile a few vids of Demo1, Demo2, the Bowl, AND (as of today) the ride clinics that just started. Maybe we could draw some attention to the site/group that way.

funny thing is I crashed hard once on that part where the guy is walking his bike, that log jutting out in the picture almost took my head off so I had to purposely ditch my bike and smash my leg on the rocks or I would have face-planted the trunk.

Hey everyone, I'm Kurt Sensenig; I'm the guy who did this mountain biking video on philly.com. I'm glad you liked it, and I want to do a follow up episode with you guys. I didn't know much about PMBA when I made the episode, but my buddy Joseph who's on this forum told me about you guys. I think it would be cool to go out to Wissahickon and have some of you guys show off your skills. I want to make this "Advanced Mountain Biking" where people get to see some really cool moves, etc.

I wish we could do it this weekend, but it looks like it's gonna rain the whole time. Maybe on Monday around 4pm. I've been mountain biking for a little while now, but I'm sure some of you guys could show off some better moves than what I've got right now. Next year at this time, I'll be a contender though :-).

If you want to come and show off your stuff, you can reply here, or email me at ksensenig@gmail.com. Whichever date I get the most people who can come; we'll do it on that day.

Tentative dates for next week:

Monday 9/29 @ 4pm
or
Wednesday 10/1 @ 4pm
or
Friday 10/3 @ anytime

So email me or reply about which day would work for you.
Also, check out the other shows I did at www.adventuretv.org.
thanks,
Kurt

You should shoot on Saturday 10/4.  Like, every PMBA rider will be out that day (and even a slew of kids!).

You could even join one of the clinics.

Just a suggestion...

Good idea Danny. It could be a bit hectic, but still a cool experience.
