I'm shooting out to French Creek on Saturday the 12th at 9a for a ride w/some ppl from the meet-up group if anyone's interested. I'll be at the PA345 & Shed Rd parking lot around 8:30ish.

Dude, I love French Creek and was planning on getting up there this weekend anyway.  The only problem is if we can't get our shiznit together in time to be there that early.  I like to sleep in on weekends usually but we'll try.

cool! we'll be out there at 9a!

while I have you, there are 5ppl meeting tomorrow at VGI at 6p from the other meetup group I do rides with. Some of them are recreational riders & someone asked if we could combine the two groups. I told them the ride posted is "slow to moderate" but I'm leaving it up to them to ride along. the first half of your ride may have a few extra riders untill we hit a couple climbs then they may just bail.

NNnnniice! Did you check the new sections on yellow trail? The parks ppl detoured that crazy downhill section w/all the erosion bars on the horseshoe trail. From what someone told me, you ride around that now.

Unfortunately, my bike fell off our roof rack last night and completely destroyed it.  I mean COMPLETELY!  Anyway, besides being on suicide watch, I probably won't ride tonight.  I could borrow a bike but am still in mourning.   I'll let you know if I change my mind.

Just saw the other post about the accident.. that totally sucks! If you change your mind I'll be there around 6ish w/the other group (green Jeep, blue Giant Reign). I think I saw something about a Trek demo van at Manayunk Diner on Friday from another posting you might want to check out.
