Check route here:

zoom into the destination to see where you are going

This alternative route is more complicated but I like it more:

I was actually surprised how easy livezey is to get to.  I rode for two hours, didnt find the berm trail near the pavilion till I was on the way back but it made me drool so I did it 4 times lol

Wiss really reminds me of riding up in Mass, lots of roots and rocks.  The only thing that didnt feel right during my ride but got progressively better was being in the air.  I think in a few more rides I'll be able to get to the bowl (which I didnt find).

now to find that annoying knock in my fork...

Good times. There's a ride wed at 5 that leaves from there if you can make it. Many of the regulars on this ride are somewhat farmiliar with air time.

Wednesdays are rough for me because Im getting my mba part time and I have class right now, maybe this summer if my schedule allows the weds rides will be good.  Definetly heading out again this weekend and maybe even friday.

One thing I didnt mention, there was a lot of elevation change that I wasnt expecting.  Good for going down, not so good for going up when your bike is setup to go down and only has a single ring in the front  Cheesy

DAGMTB, let me know when you go out again, I've been wanting to explore that side of the Wiss more. I'm new to the Wiss & have only been on that side 2x's but was never really able to see  what was out there.
If weather permits it I may go Sunday morning around 10-11ish to explore that side too if you're interested.

Im definitely heading out one day this weekend, hopefully both.  I definitely would do that side again at least one of those days so Sunday @ 10am would certainly work for me.  Hopefully the weather will hold out.
