Yes, I know, another email asking for a cycling benefit ride donation. But this one is close to the heart. 2 years ago my wife (and I) did our yearly MS ride along the coast of NJ. Her family has done this ride for over a decade to support my sister-in-law who has MS.

But when my wife could not recover the next day from the hot temperatures and long ride, she felt she needed to see a doctor (very unlike her). After a few tests, she herself was diagnosed with MS. Ironically it took an MS ride to find out early on in the disease’s progression that she has had it for years. Ara’s doing great and wants to continue to ride and raise money for research as we are so close to a cure!

(Donate to Team next to thermometer.)

I may ride, sag-wag, or simply help organize donations. The past ten years I have performed many roles to help the family through the weekend. Ara will continue to ride one or both days.

So any support would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time reading this email.

I did the ride last year with a couple of friends (75/75) and hope to do it again this year.

The MS Ride is a super well supported ride for a good cause. The route is really flat except for the last few miles where you have a couple of bridges into OC, NJ. There are several different mileage options: one way trips of 25 & 75mi, two way trips of 25/25, 75/75, and 100/75. Plenty of food and drinks along the way.

If the weather is nice, its a great trip down the shore that just about any one can make.

Different ride. This is the "Coast the Coast", going from all along the coast from Sandy Hook to Cape May. Ride is in May

I just did the MS50: Crankin for the Cure in Middletown, Delaware.  The ride was mostly flat, and it's just for a good cause.  I would ride again for the cause.
