I know some of us in the PMBA ride Ralph Stover Park, aka High Rocks, as well as our normal trails.  I just heard from Tony at the VMB (Valley Mountain Bikers in Lehigh Valley) that county is allowing him to do some basic trail clearance this Friday March 21st @ 10:00am.

If you can donate your time, send me an email at kenn@ewrbikes.com and I will get you in touch directly with Tony.

Kenn, I know someone (also new PMBA member) who talked about getting a tmd at Stover. I've rode there a few times but he rides there frequently & said the trails are in desperate need of attention. I'm gonna fwd your post onto him & see if he wants to get something together w/VMB.

I rode with a guy, forgot his name, who expressed interest in doing some trail work at Ralph Stover aka High Rocks. I can think of few spots up there that could use a lot of love, fall line trails that are eroding very fast. Do the Valley guys already have scheduled work days? If a work day is scheduled let us know. I'm sure some PMBA members would love to give some time on the sweet trails up there. Love those rocky technical sections.

Not sure if VMB has dates yet but last time I was there there were tons of eroded sections. Not sure just one day can fix what's really chewed up at high rock.
My understanding is parks people up there can also be a tad difficult to work with. I'd be up for a tmd up there if permission's given.

Thanks for the interest.  I agree with Bonkers...One day isn't gonna fix it all.  But they literally just got permission so that event on last friday was the first time they were allowed to work on it.  Which is awesome.  Tony is the guy who set it up, and he should be applauded for his hard work.

Tony said he would give a little more notice next TMD so more of us could volunteer.
