Check this out, hot off the presses!!!! Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

US Airways to fly between Philadelphia and Vancouver, B.C.

US Airways will offer nonstop flights this summer between Philadelphia International Airport and Vancouver, British Columbia, the carrier said today.

The airline said it will have one flight a day, starting June 3 and running through Sept. 2. The six-hour flight will be scheduled to depart Philadelphia at 5:50 p.m. and arrive at 8:51 p.m. Vancouver time; the return to Philadelphia will be scheduled to depart at 9:56 p.m. and arrive at 6 a.m.

US Airways also said one of its Express carriers, Mesa Airlines, plans to start flights May 4 between its Charlotte, N.C., hub and Austin and San Antonio, Texas, cities US Airways doesn't serve from Philadelphia now.

Shares were down 40 cents, or about 2.6 percent, to $14.77 in morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

So we could do a weekend in BC without too much hassle. Nice. Wonder what the rates are like.

Dudes, the TOP is twice as nice as the bottom. I mean, you can't beat the Dirtmerchant-Aline combo, but after riding Original Sin or Freight Train, which are twice as long as the DM-AL, you are in a very happy place. You have to take a break before you hit DM-AL, it's impossible to run the whole mountain at one shot. Your whole body is maxed out. I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!
