There is this thread on mtbr.com in local pa forum http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?p=2708537#poststop about logs being removed from the trails in Wissa.

I was wondering if anyone knows who is doing this, is it park commision, FOW, or some freelancers (horse riders, or mtbers)
