Debating on riding wiss on Sunday.  Does anyone know what condition the park is in.  I am guessing that it is pretty wet, but wiss always surprises me.  Trying to avoid getting geared up, hitting the trails, and then realizing that condition are to sloppy to ride. I dont want to spend more time cleaning my bike then riding it.  Thanks for any info!

dude, we just finished 8 hours plus out there doing TM and I gotta say it is really soppy. The trails would normally be fine but because there was snow melting  a lot of moisture stayed on the trails instead of flowing over them, and most of the riders who braved it today were regretting the decision. 

I can't speak for tomorrow but there is some snow still out there and if it stays warm I reckon it'll still be a mess. But like you said, with the Wiss it's hard to tell.

YEa long day of trail work sloppin around in the mud. NEw trait is sweet and very challenging!!!!! I think it may freeze tonight, down to 31. BEst bet is to ride early before it thaws and gets sloppy. If it is frozen it will be perfect...

Judging by what we saw today during the TM, I'm personally opting not to ride tomorrow, despite dying to try the new section!
I don't think it'll freeze or stay frozen long enough in the morning, but it will be cold enough for the trail not to dry out.

Like Jesse pointed out, because we had snow and ice and sub-freezing temps, the water didn't shed, instead penetrated and saurated the top few inches of the ground.

It was very muddy. And I think it will be very muddy tomorrow.

Thats kind of what I figuired.  Dare I say that I am praying for some freezing temps.  This time of year it seems that once it gets wet, it stays wet.  Oh well, looks like a good excuse to be lazy and stay home.  Thanks for the input
