Hello everyone. If you didn't know already I decided to invite all my fellow riders and friends to a party at my place on the 15th. It looks like we may be having a cookoff with some of PMBA's finest bringing their best eats.

Please join us if you can and feel free to bring food and drinks if you like. There is a link on the home page under upcoming events with more details. Not mandotory but if you are a definate please register so we can get a rough idea of head count. Thanks. You can email me with any questions   tgunz75@aol.com

See you there.

What other food would you want, I can make a salad or bring some other stuff. Maybe shrimp or pasta?

Tom,

Let me know if you want a keg and a coil box like we had a Lou's.  I will have to drop it off the night before, as I will be in NYC all day on Saturday the 15th.

I may be able to stop by for a drink or two after I get back.

Also on the agenda. Jon is going to bring a projector and laptop so we can have slideshows. If you want to show off some pics just bring a disc with you, and be prepared to explain what's goin on. Nudity is ok.

As the caretaker of the projector, I claim the right to censor any nude pictures submitted for the slide show.  PMBA does have SOME standards, after all.  OTOH, really good shots may make it onto the PMBA website.

Will there be a keg, or should some people bring beer?

Keg is ready to go!!! People can still bring bottles of their favorite brew or spirits if they like. A good idea if you don't like Lager.

Great - I've got 2 flank steaks that have been marinating since yesterday.  Not gonna be as good as Jan's pulled pork, but should handle some hungry bikers - thin-sliced on buns.  The slide show is also ready - everyone remember to bring pictures on memory sticks, SD cards or CDs.

Anybody wanna buy a crockpot?

I really wanna thank everyone that came out to party last night. Had a great time and ate some great food! Everyone that prepared meals really stepped up and it was awesome. Thank you. What a spread, we had enough food to feed 30 more people. I was still eating during clean up, finished the last of the scrumptious carrot cake round 230.

The dualing campfires was very sweet. Thanks Lou for the easy up so we could enjoy the toasty fires even when the drizzle started. Fires in strereo, what a great idea. You know it's a PMBA party when we can actually pick up campfires and move them!

Thanks Jon for the projector and pics. It was cool to show off some of my pics to a crowd since they usually just sit in my computer.

Big shot out to Rico who came through with the keg and didn't even make it out. Thanks.

We really enjoyed having everyone over and look forward to doing it again soon. I'm taking notes on how to make next party even better. For example: Remember to get enough plastic utensils so people can actually eat the food! oops.

Call me if you need to retrieve any cookware 215 783 1036

Damn, sounds like I missed a good time.

I wanted to make it over, but by the time I got back home from NYC it was 11:00 at night and starting to rain.  With the dropping temperature I didn't find it to be a good idea to go out to drink and then drive home.

Glad I could help out with the beer though!   Grin

I didn't see anyone taking pictures.  There was too much nudity.  See what you missed, Neil?
