Hey all, a few of us are going to ride down to City Hall to see what is going on with the Critical Mass ride which starts at 6pm. That's all I know about it so no idea what to expect. Should be interesting and good to just ride down the city from Manayunk. Let me know if you wanna join us. We will leave Manayunk around 5. We will probably stop at some tappys for brews also  Tongue

Disclaimer: This is in no way affiliated with PMBA so please do not use this thread to stand on a soap box. Simply let me know if you wanna head down.

Peace and love and 2 wheels!

Critical Mass is 2 Fridays from now, 12/28.  About 6 of us made it out to the last one.  It was a good time.  There were about 200 riders.  We rode for about an hour and then ate and drank at the New Deck Tavern in University City.  Next time I'm going to do the entire ride.

It would be cool if we could get a large showing from PMBA.

I leave from my work parking lot in Bala Cynwyd at 5pm sharp, ride accross the old bridge to the Manayunk Diner, and head down Kelly drive.

The mass starts on time at 6:00 at city hall so don't be late.  Someone we know was late and chased us around half of the city.

***  This is not a PMBA or IMBA sponsered event.  Its not an event at all, just a nice coincidence.

It really was a good time. I encourage anyone to attend that cares about raising awareness about bicycling in the city. There were all ages of people there and everyone seemed to have a great time. I hope to make the 12/28 ride but not sure where I will be that weekend...
