Hey all --

A point was raised recently about the inability of some people to participate in group rides due to time constraints, so I was wondering how many people would be interested in a later-evening ride, perhaps 7:30p-8:00p during the week. If there's enough interest I may lead a ride, depending on the response. This isn't at all meant to "override" and steal any riders from any of the other scheduled weekly rides, but merely to give an option to those of us who just can't make what's currently scheduled. Thoughts? If this happens I'd like to have it meet at the Lincoln Drive lot, mix it up a bit. Probably schedule it on one of the days of the earlier rides to maximize flexibility.

I'm out of town for a few weeks but when I get back later rides would be ideal.  John and I usually go around 7:30-8:00 and it would be awesome to have a few more people along.   Grin

Definitely! I ride up from Center City, so 7 to 7.30pm at the Lincoln Drive lot would be perfect.

Seems like this might work out better than expected, cool. Seeing as how the earliest group rides are currently on Mondays and Thursdays (5:30p), how about we try to start this one on Mondays, 7:30p at the Lincoln Drive lot? That will give anyone who can't make the 5:30p another option, and the location seems to benefit quite a few people. I'll post a call-out for it towards the end of the week.

This is a great idea, I'm definitely in.  I can never get out of work early enough to make the scheduled rides, and coming from Center City makes it that much more difficult.  the Lincoln Drive lot would be easier too.  Monday is a good night also, since the workweek isn't yet in full tilt.
