I apologize because this may have been discussed many times before.  But can someone enlighten me on the trail pass process?  I've been riding the Wiss for years and never had one or been asked to get one.  Who needs to get one?  What is it good for? Where do you get it?  How much does it cost?  What happens with the money?  Thanks!
