I'll be out there at some point today, not sure of time yet. Maybe you'll see me, unless I see you first. LOL.

If anyone is interested let me know, I'm going to try to hit the trails, weather permitting.
Starting point is flexible, depending on who wants to join in and what's the most convenient spot for everyone.

I think I'm gonna head out around two from my place. The plan is do full lap with minimal stopping, steady pace. I going to enter at Livezy lane.

Me and few friends are starting at around 5-ish from Stables on Northwestern

Maybe we'll see you out there. But full lap in this heat and humidity will be tough! Drink lotsa fluids!!!

Heat and humidity did not faze me today, but, about half way through my attempt at a full lap I got a pinch flat when I cought a sharp rock with a badly placed landing. PPPsssssssss......That's when I remembered that I had no extra tube. Oh well, I'll just patch it. That's when I remembered that my pump is broken. Undecided

Needless to say, I had to limp home with a flat tire because I could not fix it (how embarrasing). Tomorrow morning when I wake up, the Nevegal's (weak ass sidewalls) are coming off and the tubeless High Rollers are going on.

I don't think I would have made the full lap anyway. I went out hard from the start and did not want to let up. With the Ipod providing the ferocious beats, it felt really good to ride fast and flow through everything with confidence and finesse. All stress and troubles are gone, and the world is nothing more than pure bliss while picking the next sweet line. Riding is good.....Until you get a flat.

You're getting quite poetic, who wouldda thunked!  Tongue

We had a good ride as well, we did all west side from stables to parking lot at the south end. But took forbidden back as the heat and fatigues were taking tall on us too.

When we got back food at Bruno's never tasted so good!

As for the flat, Stan's or a number of other conversions are the way to go!

So who's up for another heat torture today?

Hey Rich, these guys are a bit quicker than the group you were with on Thursday. But try to meet them anyway to at least say "hi" as they might have some advice for you and such. You can then try to stick with em for a bit...

I might be riding over Neshaminy tomorrow but if not I'll try to get down there too...

I'll leave my place at around the same time. Enter at Livezy and head straight to the demo to try and catch up with you. From there, I plan to hammer out a full lap with no stops. The heat is on.

I'll be out there some time in late afternoon, hopefully leaving VG before 5.  I'll ride clockwise - you guys will probably lap me.  Don't be lookin' for the blue bike, though - got something a bit larger at the Keswick sale on Saturday!

short 5pm ride:

I'm heading through Wiggard Boy Scout, entrance and around the field path to Tom's Table and the demo trail at 5:10pm heading VG side toward Bells Mill, and straight back the Forbidden Trial and out. (Have to be home by 6pm. )
