I will try to be there. It's been too long, I need to get on the bike. Might have to tell my boss to get lost and go ... himself!  Angry
Having to work sucks!  Embarrassed

We had a great ride!  After dropping Max off, Dan and I turned our lights off and had a little ride in the dark, thanks to the full moon and snow on the trail.
Ride Blind!

I have to say that the last climb on the paved road was teh best! My lights were so bright, I could see so far, I was moving, legs felt relaxed, breathing was easy and deep.
I wish all the climbs were like that!  Wink

yea that sounds cool Chris! I was forced to ride by brail  Cheesy one nite when my old ass light battery died on me. It was sketchy because there was no full moon or snow, but once my eyes adjusted, it was pretty fun and challenging.

new memo: nightriding alone is no longer enough...

singlespeeding at night with no lights is the new pink...  Grin

but seriously it was pretty bright out there when you guys took off. i made it home with no lights as well. if we ever encounter similar conditions we'll have to try it out for a longer section.

Sorry Mr. Hunter, I think you mave have to move your bike next door to 303 Ginger.  Sad

but if black is the new(est) pink where does that leave brown?Huh and since my bike is red should i just throw it away?Huh

fashion is tough...

tom - if your serious about kona i do know trophy just picked up kona as a brand so it would be easy enough to go see one. on of the other chris' (guy with the purple frame and pink cables we rode with the one night) beats the snot outta his so he'd be a great guy to ask about how he likes his newest (third one after breaking a couple? but i think they fixed the spot he kept breaking em).

Dirtmerchant is not me. I'm Lust4singletrack and I already own Kona 29er. I just picked it up last fri. I have not even ridden it yet. Been working too much, and no ride time. I may go nuts soon.

I am gonna debut the Kawasaki green SS on the Wed night Max attack ride. Got sick of being the only guy with gears Tongue
