I have 385 miles in 2008 YTD, lower than about 400 in 2007.  Seem like it should be longer, but I guess those short Wiss rides take a while to add up.  Interesting that there's no summary for elevation change, although it does summarize time (about 80 hours) and avg speed (4.8 mph).  If you tell it which bike you're riding it will keep track of you rmileage - I have 290 miles on the GF that I bought in May.

Yeah I went for it at like $45 shipped from the UK:

I wish more manufacturers would make something like this- a new saddle that looks as much like a Brooks or Wrights without weighing 3,000 lbs and having a dangerously pointed end.  I've got several leather saddles but I don't consider any of them appropriate for trails.  Hopefully this is.

The Durb and I made our way over to Bear Creek for some excellent fall/winter conditions.  What a fun ride!

Enjoy some shots from the trip (btw, we should get a TR section up on the site! We need some good east coast stoke).

From the top of the climb, the Endo and the BLT are taking a little breather:

Nice John. Maybe you could mount that right to the floor. As long you use the right anchors it should be somewhat sturdy.

That seat looks sweet!  I couldn't find it at any of the usual places, any idea how much it is?

that's better than my bike stand which consists of a mini-vice clamped to a 2x6 which is atttached to some shelving. really rigged up, but it works, sometimes. I'll post a pic soon.

I wouldnt be surprised to see the city sqandering the Fairmount Park land to make a buck, they are already scumming up our image with approvals for gambling, as if thats what we really need, how is that going to improve the city. Philly is  hurting for money and land is a strong resourse.

DYI porn...

Too cheap to get a real one so I searched the web for ideas (there are lots of them) and decided on this.  A little flexy but for now it will suite my needs.
