Title: PMBA DONATES HOSE TO FPC DIST. #3 Post by: Lou on May 16, 2008, 03:11:53 PM I am pleased to announce that we have donated 200' of heavy duty hose (their request) to the District 3 facilities of Fairmount Parks, located on Henry Ave. These are the people in charge of the Wissahickon Park and their budget is stretched very thin. They had brought in hoses from their homes becuase they can not afford to buy hose. They were very happy to get this donation from PMBA and this will goa long way towards good will with the FPC, and it was a small donation, about $135! If you are in the area and want to stop in and meet these people, please do so! Talk to Pat Crossan (she's the manager) and Gerry White. They are real nice every day people and they love talking to us. Good stuff!!!!!
