I suppose the same way he got the long one positioned; rocking back and forth with counter weights and building up a platform. I'd like to see him do it though.

if I'm not mistaken that's within a mile of my folks' place in London. Too bad I've got no balls for urban riding; the closest place for any real MTB is 20min by train outside of London. I've no doubt these guys are riding the underground looking for places to hit.

Back story for those who are like "wtf": While sitting around the fire on Saturday night, stomaches full of good eats, legs sore, beer and stuff circulating the group. Hey - a lot of the pro cyclists used to be mountain bike racers (Landis, Rasmussen, Evans), so a lot of the culture is the same.  Same guys, different shorts, different bikes.  Apparently the same drugs, though.

Got this from a fellow engineering classmate, but it probably applies to mountain bikers too:

Two engineering students were walking across a university campus when one said, 'Where did you get such a great bike?'
