Philadelphia Mountain Biking Association - Forums

Hey all, just wanted to throw my perspective on this forum out there. Any forum has positives and negatives. The positives are that lots of conversations are taking place and lots of good ideas and opinions are circulating. Also it keeps everyone informed of the goings on of our club. However, the negatives can be clashing of opinions and hurt feelings. Also messages can be taken out of context as it is difficult to express yourself by typing a message on a computer screen.

I like to look at this board, or any board for that matter, as people sitting around and just shooting the shit. Nobody is in charge of the conversation. It's just ideas and opinions getting voiced, or written in this case.

PLEASE, let's try to keep this in mind and don't take anything you read here as scripture. (Although I do feel like mountain biking is my religion!) The more opionions and ideas we have on this board, the better the group will be.
