Mayor Nutter has organized a clean up day across the city for April 5th, and he's hoping to get 10,000 volunteers. That's less than 1% of people living in the city, we can do better than that!!
For those who live here, here's a chance to support the new Mayor in his first initiative, and further our relationship with the FPC, and our chances of a skills area. We will be leading a clean up crew at Daisy Field, the entrance to this field is off East Hermit Lane in Roxborough, PA 19128, but please register for the FOW project at 100 Steps or Wissahickon Park through www.phillycleanup.com http://www.phillycleanup.com> or call (215) 683 - CLEAN, as the city will be delivering supplies to them.
Thanks, and hope to see you out there!!!
Our Cleanup site details are as follows:
Wissahickon Park
Rochelle & Freeland in Manayunk
On April 5th, check in at the above Cleanup site. Site leaders will be there to train you, equip you and get you cleaning! It will be a great day, we'll see what a difference working together can make. Be sure to visit the Cleanup website, www.PhillyCleanup.com, often as we'll be adding more Cleanup locations across the city- you might find a site even closer to home.

Thank you again for doing your part to keep Philadelphia beautiful. I'll see you out on April 5th!
